Agfa HealthCare’s IMPAX EPS adopted by Symbion Imaging in Australia

Agfa HealthCare announces today that Symbion Imaging in Australia is the first site to globally adopt the IMPAX Enterprise Productivity Suite (EPS), an enterprise tool for managing image transfers, which allows radiologists and system administrators to monitor and direct workload across the enterprise.

Agfa and CCI Eurolam expand their co-operation.

Agfa and CCI Eurolam announce that they expand their co-operation. In September 2005 CCI Eurolam was appointed as distributor in France for Agfa’s film and chemicals dedicated to the Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) industry. As from September 2006 CCI Eurolam will also cover Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

Baton Rouge Daily Newspaper, The Advocate, to Update and Automate with Total Solution from Agfa.

Agfa Graphics announced today that The Advocate, the daily newspaper in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, will add a total solution from Agfa with the :Arkitex workflow system and two :Advantage DL platesetters. This is part of The Advocate's plan to automate all production tasks at the newspaper.

Belgian AZ Imelda hospital and AZ Groeninge hospital contract Agfa HealthCare for comprehensive ORBIS Hospital IT solution

Agfa HealthCare today announces that it will start the first implementation phase of its ORBIS™ hospital IT solution at the Belgian AZ Groeninge hospital in Kortrijk and the AZ Imelda Hospital in Bonheiden. ORBIS is a leading hospital and clinical IT system that manages the entire patient flow through all departments. With these two pilot projects, Agfa becomes the first in its field to provide Belgian hospitals with an integrated platform in which clinical and administrative and workflow oriented systems converge in a patient-centric form.
