New Microfilm Product Release Information

New Tonal Developer

Due to the recent desinvestment of the AgfaPhoto division, the production and distribution of photographic half tone developers was stopped and products such as Studional, Rodinal and Refinal are no longer available.
Studional, although originally a photographic product, has also been used as a tonal developer in the Micrographic industry for some years, particularly for archiving film from poor originals.
As there was a demand for this type of developer the Micrographics Department of Agfa have now produced its own version which will be called TonalDev.

• Concentrated fine grain developer, especially designed for the processing of any B&W film for low contrast applications
• Range of applications: microfilm preservation, professional and amateur photography or any other B&W film with half tone requirements
• Dilution = 1+7 up to1+15 depending on processor and required target
